Nina Ythier, a dedicated New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker, has a rich background in leadership and social work. With experience in various social service agencies, she has become a staunch advocate for her clients. Her expertise spans across trauma, homelessness, domestic violence, sexual assault, mental illnesses, disabilities, and substance abuse. In 2017, she founded Mind Speak, Inc., a certified MWBE, offering specialized mental health treatment and advocacy services. Nina's therapeutic approach embraces intuitive and holistic methods, empowering individuals, families, and groups through culturally conscious practices

Jennifer Hernandez

Jennifer Hernandez, LMSW, is a social worker with a strong educational background, having graduated from Fordham University with a Master's degree in Social Work. She has additional certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and is a qualified Parenting Journey facilitator. Her experience primarily lies in working with individuals who have Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Serious Mental Illness (SMI) across various age groups.

Ewelina Perkowska

Ewelina Perkowska, a Licensed Social Worker in the state of NY, has been serving the community for approximately 8 years; many of which in a leadership position for one of the top social service agencies in New York City. Having received her bachelor’s degreein psychology with a master’s in social work from Lehman College, Ewelina uses her professional experience toppled with her educational background to apply a practical approach to therapy. Ewelina’s experience showcases her history of working with a  wide variety of age groups, spanning many different social backgrounds which lends to her individualistic approach to therapy. With a passion for assisting New York’s at-risk population, Ewelina seeks to provide clients with strong advocacy, a firm mental and emotional foundation, as well as the compassion and support needed to reach their personal endeavors.”
