Founder & Lead Advocate

Have you had to walk through life with labels, barriers, or big feelings that made it hard to feel “normal”? You’re not alone.

As a Social Worker and Psychotherapist of 30 years, I’ve helped hundreds of people society calls chronically mentally ill, physically disabled, at-risk, developmentally delayed, and mentally ill-chemical abusers.

These labels don’t even begin to touch how loving, funny, creative, and capable my patients are.

They become stronger, healthier, and more independent in their lives, jobs, families, and communities with mental health therapy.

You should also have access to flexible, everyday mental health care that puts you first and at the center of care.

You deserve a good life.

We are ready to meet you where you are
